Section 01

Definitions and Introduction

tkboss is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tkboss and registered users of the platform ("Member" or "you").

Some important terms used in these conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" — The tkboss website (tkboss.cam) and all its sub-pages, services, and content.
• "Account" — The personal membership created through the registration process.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds held in your account.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits provided as a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

These terms may be changed at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you have accepted the updated terms. We will try to notify members of significant changes.

Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on the tkboss platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

Only those aged 21 or above may register on this platform. We may request an identity document or proof of age at any time to verify age. Any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. tkboss reserves the right to suspend or close an account if incorrect or false information is provided. Each individual is permitted to open only one account.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Opening more than one account by the same person, family, or household is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be considered void.

Account Security

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:

• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Avoid logging in on public devices or networks.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify support immediately.
• Log out at the end of every session.

tkboss will not be responsible for unauthorized access to or activity on your account, unless it is due to our own security failure. If your account is hacked or compromised, contact our 24/7 live chat support right away.

Section 04

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on tkboss is ৳100 (one hundred taka). This limit applies across all methods. Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. KYC verification may need to be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported on our platform.

4.4 Transaction Verification

If a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected, tkboss reserves the right to temporarily hold the transaction for verification purposes. In such cases, we will contact the member directly.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, wagering of ৳18,000 is required.

5.3 Additional Bonus Conditions

• The bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or device.
• Once a bonus is added to an account, it has a set expiry period — the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• If any irregular or manipulative betting pattern is detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.
• tkboss reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

Section 06

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

tkboss is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. All games operated on our platform use a technically audited Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collaborative cheating).
• Using fraudulent payment methods.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or server issue, tkboss will determine the outcome based on system logs. We reserve the right to cancel any abnormally large payout resulting from a technical error.

VIP Program Terms

The tkboss VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%.
• Silver: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.
• Gold: Maximum weekly cashback of 1.2%.

You can advance to a higher tier through consistent active participation and regular gaming activity. VIP benefits apply only to active members and tier status may be reassessed in cases of extended inactivity.

tkboss reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time. Members will be given as much advance notice as possible before any changes.

Responsible Gaming Policy

tkboss encourages all members to play responsibly. Gambling or betting is for entertainment purposes only — it should not be considered a source of income.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

tkboss provides the following tools to protect members:

• The ability to set deposit limits.
• The ability to temporarily suspend your account.

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

tkboss does not provide compensation for money lost through gambling on the platform. All bets are placed based on the member's voluntary decision.

Section 11

Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by tkboss

tkboss may suspend or permanently close any account without prior warning for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or manipulative activity.
• Providing a false identity or age.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Operating multiple accounts.

11.2 Closure by Member

A member may request closure of their own account at any time through support. Any outstanding balance will be settled before closure and any remaining valid funds will be returned.

Changes & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Changes to Terms

tkboss reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform for any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12.2 Filing a Complaint

12.3 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the applicable legal framework. Use of tkboss services is entirely at your own risk and should be done in compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction.

Section 13

Entire Agreement & Miscellaneous

These terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines together constitute the entire agreement between tkboss and the member and supersede any prior oral or written understanding.

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Any delay or failure by tkboss to enforce any term will not be considered a waiver of that term.

Even if versions of these terms exist in multiple languages, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative in the event of a dispute.
